We’re a family run, owner operated business based in Hawke’s Bay. Led by Franek - a qualified arborist with over 15 years of industry experience, rural background and a passion for the outdoors.

As a close-knit family of five, we’ve always valued hard work, the freedom of running our own business, and building strong local connections here in Hawke’s Bay.

In 2015 we established Stump Solutions HB with the goal of building something meaningful. We wanted our business to fit around our family life and offer a reliable service that delivers results for our community.

After years in the industry, we noticed a gap in the market, much of the local stump grinding equipment was outdated and underpowered. So we set out to do things differently.

Today, with modern machinery and years of hands-on experience we have earned a reputation for clear communication, quality work, and genuine care for a high quality service tailored to the unique needs across Hawke’s Bay.

As an owner operator, you deal directly with us from quote to completion. With family values and customer care at the heart of what we do.
